Now, here are some of the things I am hearing. First of all, I am hearing that he’s going to get sentenced to about 8 months, BUT he is likely to get out by April on some good behavior or something. Now, I am not a legal beagle or nothing, but I thought these laws were like mandatory minimums or something. Nevertheless, I also heard that Wayne’s people are already fighting to get him into a jail that is more celebrity friendly. Not sure what that entails, but that’s just the world on the streets. Nevertheless, it would seem that Lil Wayne is taking the fall for a lot of people that were also present in that van that he was in while visiting New York.
